Dockers® offers a simple return process within 60 days of your purchase date, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless by providing prepaid shipping labels for all domestic returns.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent to your email address for convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
